Para continuar con las iniciativas programados para este mes de aniversario, vengo con mi obra de arte, que es una muñeca africana realizada en porcelana fría o porcelanicron, como la llamamos en Venezuela que es una masa preparada con pega blanca y almidón de maíz.

La verdad que esta muñeca es un proyecto que tenia bastante tiempo que quería realizar, por un lado, porque me gusta trabajar manualidades con esta masa y por el otro era un reto que me había planteado por lo bella que son estas muñecas y que uno las puede vestir de cualquier manera resaltando la peculiaridad de ellas.

Procedimiento

Lo primero que debemos es armar una base de madera sobre el cual vamos a modelar la parte de arriba ya que para la parte de la cintura hacia abajo lleva una falda que le cubre todo.

Procedemos a modelar el cuerpo de la cintura hacia arriba, lo que son los senos y el pompis, así como el cuello y se le colocan a la altura donde van los brazos unos alambritos que servirán de soporte para los brazos.

La cara se saca con un molde y luego a la parte de la cabeza se le coloca un poquito de anime y se cubre con masa dándole forma adecuada, los brazos junto con las manos se molda en una sola pieza y se deja secar por separado.

Cuando ya estén secos el cuerpo y los brazos se pintan con color africana y se dejan secar.

Para que las piezas de vestir queden firmes, es decir la falda, el corcet y el turbante se sumergen en una mezcla de pega y agua en partes iguales, primeramente, lo hacemos con la falda y se deje que seque para colocarle las otras piezas.

Una vez seca la falda le vamos a colocar el corcet y el turbante, y esperamos que sequen en el cuerpo de la muñeca.

Luego le colocamos los zarcillos y cinturón y colocamos los brazos, seguidamente le colocamos un jarrón con frutas de tal manera que se aprecia que ella lo está agarrando.

Listo, lo que queda es exhibir nuestra obra de arte.

Once the skirt is dry we are going to place the corcet and the turban, and we wait for them to dry on the doll's body.

Then we place the tendrils and belt and we place the arms, then we place a vase with fruits in such a way that it can be seen that she is holding it.

Ready, what remains is to exhibit our work of art.
