Extreme shyness ( social phobia) is the fear and confusion of a person when he/ she meets
people. So shyness is about fear of being judged negatively or fear of being rejected so, the
one how suffers from social phobia he / she imagines that the outside world is like a forest
full of wild animals and he/ she cannot deal with them. So, they avoid being noticed by other
people. They prefer isolute to communication with others.
In this situation the treatment is necessary.
Methods of treatment
First, we should know the reasons that lead to extreme shyness when we know the reasons
.we solve half the problem.
The reasons maybe:
It is the bad treatment of parents in childhood.
Or the result of a specific situation.
Or because the lack of self confidence...etc.....
We ask ourself two questions:
What are the reasons make us shy ???????
Why are we so confusion when we talk with people??????

Next, shyness is related to our fears of the results if we want to
overcome shyness that means we have to overcome our fears. Unfortunately, we cannot
overcome our fears in a day or a night .we cannot sleep" we have social phobia " and in next
day we wake up " the social phobia has disappeared".
We need practice and practice and interact with people
We should face people and challenge our fears and tell ourself: they are just ordinary people
like us
Why we are afraid of them and change our behavior ???
We must control ourselves. Escape is not solution . To be alone all the time is not solution.
When you have a meeting or any place has a lot of people you think every one looks at you.
But this idea is wrong. In fact, most people do not notice you. Before you go
Solution is stand in front of your mirror alone and tell yourself in a strong voice that you are
able to contact people and deal with them without sweating or rushing in the heart.
