Like me the worst emotion in my life is getting angry because anytime am angry I start feeling heart pain . This is a very difficult something in my life that is why sometimes I try to hold my anger, is not that the anger will come out it just show in my face if the person that get me angry is not there ones I see the person the anger will suddenly disappear but if the person is there just a little word from the person it goes off si some emotions needs to be controlled more expecially anger.
