[ESP-ENG] Inspiración, fuente de energía motivadora

En esta oportunidad les compartiré desde mi perspectiva sobre un sentimiento poderoso y que considero gran aliado en nuestra vida, "la inspiración", espero les guste.

La inspiración es un sentimiento profundo, que puede surgir de la experiencia de varias emociones o sentimientos, éstas pueden ser positivas como el amor o negativas como la tristeza; sin importar los sentimientos que originen la inspiración, ella siempre traerá resultados positivos.

Muy personalmente describo la inspiración como un impulso, como un torrente de energía y adrenalina que nos hace lograr cosas extraordinarias. La inspiración surge del corazón y podemos manifestarla de diversas maneras, por ejemplo algunos escriben grandiosos libros o poemas, otros crean hermosas obras e incluso se animan a realizar alguna actividad que pensaban que jamás harían, todo ello impulsados por la inspiración.

Indiscutiblemente que la inspiración es una fuerza que estimula la creación y creatividad ya sea en el arte, en la ciencia, en la comunicación; en estos casos las personas logran cosas maravillosas y hasta extraordinarias en la cual surge un talento que sorprende; es el caso por ejemplo de Miguel Ángel, de Botero y hasta de Simón Bolívar el Libertador, por poner algunos ejemplos.

Este impulso, esa fuerza surge desde lo más recóndito del ser, de su corazón y alma misma; generando al comienzo una especie de irrealidad o ensoñación. Este poder interno se manifiesta en momentos precisos y bien determinados que a veces parecen controlar a la persona en un arrebato de estímulos emocionales que se expresan haciendo esas proesas y ello lo podemos comprobar porque los grandes artistas y grandes inventores han sido personas comunes y corrientes a veces sin ningún conocimiento sobre las artes o las ciencias donde ellos mismos se sorprenden de su capacidad creativa y creadora.

Como ya dijimos arriba para que la persona se inspire debe haber un sentimiento o emoción previa sin importar si es positivo o negativo, por ejemplo el amor es un sentimiento positivo y la persona enamorada debido a la gran cantidad de hormonas de la felicidad, es capaz de escribir obras literarias que jamás hubiera imaginado, es el caso de Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer; mientras que el dolor o sufrimiento también hace posible que esa persona pueda escribir un bestseller sobre esa situación, es el caso de una película que vi de un caso de la vida real cuyo nombre no recuerdo donde una mujer fue secuestrada y retenida por 11 años por un sociópata tiempo en el cual se dedicó a ultrajarla junto a dos mujeres más y al lograr ser liberada escribió una grandiosa obra literaria que luego fue llevada al cine.

Un dato curioso de la inspiración es que repercute a veces directamente en el entorno de la persona ello pasa por ejemplo cuando su creación genera admiración, curiosidad, regocijo y cuando muchas personas la toman como una motivación.

Si me preguntan ¿qué me inspira? Diría que principalmente Dios y mis padres, también puedo decir que me siento inspirada luego de leer libros de motivación esos que traen muchas historias reales de personas que se han superado, que han convertido sus experiencias negativas en fortalezas para salir adelante, también me inspiran los poemas o frases con ese mismo espíritu.

Inspiration is a deep feeling, which can arise from the experience of various emotions or feelings, these can be positive like love or negative like sadness; regardless of the feelings that originate inspiration, it will always bring positive results.

I personally describe inspiration as an impulse, a rush of energy and adrenaline that makes us achieve extraordinary things. Inspiration comes from the heart and we can manifest it in different ways, for example some people write great books or poems, others create beautiful works and even dare to do something they thought they would never do, all driven by inspiration.

Undoubtedly, inspiration is a force that stimulates creation and creativity whether in art, science or communication; in these cases people achieve wonderful and even extraordinary things in which a surprising talent arises; this is the case of Miguel Angel, Botero and even Simon Bolivar the Liberator, to name a few examples.

This impulse, this force arises from the innermost part of the being, from his heart and soul itself; generating at the beginning a kind of unreality or reverie. This internal power manifests itself in precise and well determined moments that sometimes seem to control the person in an outburst of emotional stimuli that are expressed by doing these feats and we can prove it because the great artists and great inventors have been ordinary people sometimes without any knowledge about the arts or sciences where they themselves are surprised by their creative and creative capacity.

As we said above, for a person to be inspired there must be a previous feeling or emotion, no matter if it is positive or negative, for example love is a positive feeling and the person in love due to the large amount of hormones of happiness, is able to write literary works that he would have never imagined, this is the case of Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer; While the pain or suffering also makes it possible for that person to write a bestseller about that situation, is the case of a movie I saw of a real life case whose name I do not remember where a woman was kidnapped and held for 11 years by a sociopath during which time he was dedicated to outrage her along with two other women and when she was released she wrote a great literary work that was later made into a movie.

A curious fact about inspiration is that it sometimes has a direct impact on a person's environment, for example when his or her creation generates admiration, curiosity, joy and when many people take it as a motivation.

If you ask me what inspires me? I would say that mainly God and my parents, I can also say that I feel inspired after reading motivational books that bring many real stories of people who have overcome, who have turned their negative experiences into strengths to move forward, I am also inspired by poems or phrases with the same spirit.
