Ya se acaba el primer mes del año, no quise despedirlo sin antes participar en la comunidad de Emotions&Feelings sobre el Tema del mes de Enero, me llevo algunos días en escribir esta publicación, ya que me cuestioné mucho sobre si percibía este sentimiento llamado Entusiasmo.

Luego de buscar referencias o inspiración por internet sin ningún resultado positivo, me llego de la mejor manera…

The first month of the year is over, I did not want to say goodbye without first participating in the Emotions&Feelings community on the January Topic, it took me a few days to write this publication, as I questioned myself a lot about whether I perceived this feeling called Enthusiasm.

After searching for references or inspiration on the internet without any positive result, I came to me in the best way...

Casi a diario hablo con mi hermana mayor, y ella suele mantenerme muy informada sobre el crecimiento y las anécdotas de mi sobrino, en ese momento que me estaba documentando me llega un mensaje de ella enviándome una nota de voz en la cual mi sobrino me dice las vocales, simplemente lo que me proyecto ese momento, fue un encanto y emoción tan grande de ver lo mucho que va creciendo mi osito, que a pesar de la distancia he podido estar presente en la vida de él puesto que cada noche antes de dormir, le pide a mi hermana para llamarme y darme las buenas noches.

Almost daily I talk to my older sister, and she usually keeps me very informed about the growth and anecdotes of my nephew, at that moment that I was documenting I get a message from her sending me a voice note in which my nephew tells me the vowels, just what I project that moment, was a charm and excitement so great to see how much my little bear is growing, that despite the distance I have been able to be present in his life since every night before bed, he asks my sister to call me and say goodnight.

De ahí pude partir, para pensar en todas esas situaciones o momentos que me entusiasman y llenan el corazón, las consigue en cosas simples… Como un gran abrazo revienta huesos de mi hermano mayor, un chocolate jet o helado jet que me regale mi novio (porque sabe que me encantan), los buenos días de mamá y papá, una videollamada con mi abuelo, una llamada con mis hermanas para reírnos de alguna historia que nos incluya, una foto o video de mi hija Bella, conversar con algún amigo(a) después de tanto tiempo y saber que la amistad sigue intacta, saber alguna noticia de mis sobrinos.

From there I was able to start, to think about all those situations or moments that excite me and fill my heart, I get them in simple things... Like a big hug from my older brother, a jet chocolate or jet ice cream that my boyfriend gives me (because he knows I love them), good morning from mom and dad, a video call with my grandfather, a call with my sisters to laugh about a story that includes us, a photo or video of my daughter Bella, talking with a friend after so long and knowing that the friendship is still intact, knowing some news of my nephews.

Asimismo, llegó a mi mente que las celebraciones de mis cumpleaños y familiares siempre me encanta, el tema de decorar, comprar un obsequio, organizar la comida favorito del cumpleañero, cantar cumpleaños y pasar un día diferente juntos, es algo me llena de felicidad y es un motor para recordar lo bonita que es la vida muchas veces.

Also, it came to my mind that I always love my birthday and family celebrations, the theme of decorating, buying a gift, organizing the birthday boy's favorite meal, singing birthdays and spending a different day together, is something that fills me with happiness and is a driving force to remember how beautiful life is many times.

Considero que el estar entusiasmados es algo que te lleva a ser optimista (van de la mano) ver las situaciones de diferente manera, encontrar lo positivo en cualquier momento, sobreponer las virtudes antes los defectos de las personas, y sobretodo que es muy contagioso.

Si especulas que careces de entusiasmo, te aseguro que no es así solo debes buscar un poco más allá y encontrarás más de los que piensas.

I believe that being enthusiastic is something that leads you to be optimistic (they go hand in hand) to see situations in a different way, to find the positive in any moment, to put the virtues before the defects of people, and above all that it is very contagious.

If you speculate that you lack enthusiasm, I assure you that this is not the case, just look a little further and you will find more than you think.
