La navidad es una época ideal para reencontrarnos con nosotros mismos, reflexionar sobre los objetivos alcanzados a lo largo del año y prepararnos para recibir con energía positiva el año nuevo. Es compartir en unión familiar con nuestros seres queridos todas las cosas que nos trae la navidad, aunque casi todas las actividades que hacemos en esta epoca nos gustas, siempre hay cosas que nos disgustan.
