I got weed for doing my laundry last night. And it's really good dank weed.
Sorry I decided to pour a little bit of moonshine into my Mexican soda and it is extremely tasty as well as highly potent.
and of course does anybody want to buy a German Shepherd dog is slightly used and completely defective?
Let's just say I have had all sorts of stress with this poor puppy dog.
Which brings me to my great accomplishment today.
My new stream light weaponlight!!!
Protac® Rail mount HL-X Laser.
Well we have a thousand lumens with Thai medium and low for output and we are looking at 23 hours run time as well as 270 m for beam distance.
Integrated red laser sight with windage and elevation control rail clamp attaches to Mill - STD - 1913 rails
clamp rotates to maintain windage and elevation settings.
10 tap programmable to allow selection of three different operating strengths really means that it's nearly impossible to change the light settings on the flashlight.
It is machined aluminum that looks pretty good easy to attach secure mounting I guess.
The laser is offset inside of the flashlight bezel.
We will see what I've got to do with that.
it comes with an 18650 battery that has its own micro USB port and cord however I don't think that I can directly recharge it using my other Fenix flashlight.
However I do have an additional three batteries for the 18650.
If I go into a cave or God forbid I start wondering around check out those gold mines, and it would be really handy to have a weapon mounted flashlight.
I've got an excellent flashlight that has built-in recharging however I've noticed they really don't make the double quick release flashlight mount...
Yep that's right I totally would have loved a quick release or quick detach flashlight mount that allows me to use my flashlight off my rifle and then quickly reload it back onto the rifle..
By the way that's my idea so I have a feeling somewhere somebody's going to steal that idea and go make a million dollars...
Well if you do hook me up with 10% and I'll give you some more ideas.
So then I got a chance to start mocking up things and try out that new reflex side of mine!!!! Yep I'm super excited. So tomorrow is going to be a lot of fun playing around with trying to bore sight everything I got going. From the laser to my optics.
I am super excited to see all of the cool stuff really take shape.
And I absolutely save the receipt.
Not only for the streamlight but also for the holosun 507c.
Looks like I have to get a little amount. Apparently I have to bump the Red Dot up a little bit to either go witness or lower 1/3. However I get an exceptionally awesome stock weld from the normal mount.
So today I worked really hard on getting things set up properly and seeing how things felt as well as work out.
Dropping my offset iron sights as well as the extra rail panels really started shaving off some noticeable weight.
Yes I will be taking all of my gear however I think I am really liking the super stripped down version.
And it looks really nice with just that red dot sight.
Super excited and I got to mount everything up and enjoy having everything set up properly.
And like I said hopefully working on getting that quick disconnect mount for my reflex / Red Dot sight so that I can switch that out and put my scope on for Long range hunting...
That would definitely be very nice.
and personally I think that holosun 507c looks super sexy absolutely bear up on that rail.
The only thing that can make this better would be a little cover for that red dot sight system.
However along with the solar panel that is another idea I could definitely use if only I knew somebody that had a 3D printer and was able to make a soft mold cover for that red dot sight.
Well anyways I hope everybody's having fun and puppy dog is still going wild so I need to go pay attention to him before he decides to eat a hole in my foot.
I'm super tickled
And it's time to smoke another bowl baby!
