Hey good morning!
This is relatively early bird mouser reporting for duty on this friday! It does not matter when the friday is but it’s a friday, that normally meant for a lot of my life that we would be transitioning into the weekend of rest and adult playtime. I used to love going to the chinese or the chippy in the 80’s with the folks, kinda like a celebration we got through another week or some shit.
Anyway, it’s all different now in the heart of lock down 2 and pandemic times. Days don’t really have any meaning and it’s just a day for us to be overwhelmed by the sheer tsunami wave of information, one thing is constant and that’s data ain’t stopping for anyone, it’s just coming and coming, every 72 hours probably doubling in size — kinda scary that thought right.
Just so much out there, so much attention being redirected from other things that should be a concern but are not because we get wrapped up in the macro of whatever we got our beady eyes on. Right now it’s this damn election. it’s a real display about where we are in the world when you have failing ethics and morals. It’s a slug fest of lack of decency proportions.
But let’s side step that for a moment, whatever the outcome, we all lose anyway if you think about, so we might as well just get on with our lives and just sort the chaff from the wheat around the temples and just keep the truck moving right? I mean people are so uncertain they are just straight up buying crypto ;)
So in light of all of this I’ve decree(d) that we should at least consume some wine beverages at the end of the day, this means that we should have at least done some very useful and data asset valuable elements finished by the close of play and we have something awesome too watch, maybe V for Vendetta or something eh? — day late but hey, we can still get that in, it’s allowed.
Debating if to go for my exercise today, when I looked out of the window this morning it was all foggy, I really love it when it’s like that, especially walking in it. I think I’ll take a short walk straight after posting this. Even if it’s 15/20 minutes it’s still valuable to get some of that fresher than indoors air I’ve been breathing while sleeping right?
I hope you sourced some organic chicken last night, I’m kinda interested if they can do the whole two hour situation. Kinda cool service if you ask me, I’m happy with the one I’ve got now, be even better if I can make some moves there right? Just waiting for the right kinda timing.
Great to get a little bit of virtual gaming done last night, starting to feel a bit more relaxed that my body is gonna get a bit of a break, that’s not to say I just wanna be seated thou, just keep building up where I can, when I can, but I really have to make a bunch of things work this month.
It’s time to start stacking for jan-mar 2021, christmas will be a weird one globally for everyone I think, need to make sure I’ve got reserves in place when the whole Brexit debacle phase shifts, I need to be more ingrained with the actual supply chain side, see how things work, what hoops you have to jump through. I’m kinda interested in what happens when the reverse comes (if it does) and the uk exports like crazy again.
It’s all lamb, sweatshirts and steel, well it was steel, that was the last to go, now all we have left really is the creative industries here and most of the players of that have left to other shores to make it elsewhere which you can’t blame them can you. Personally, i see ourselves either in Portugal or Canada at this point, I’m sure you’d be happy with either right now thou.
Made a major blunder with the coffee, I’m currently out of instant and I didn’t realise but I’m outta the paper discs, kinda sucks, I could order more but I feel it’s a bit of a joke to just get those so I’m holding off to see if I can raise some funds to get those blankets, pillows and duvet for the bed. I might have to go and procure some instant coffee.
I might have to consider one of those metal disc inserts for emergency situations such as this, I’m not sure how well those clean thou and if the paper they use has any effect on the coffee, the notion of metal and plastic without a paper filter does not make me think the taste will be the same — but what do I know.
Oh, your painting btw, freaking awesome, have you considered flipping it and doing it again, I’m sure it would sell if you put that in a frame, you’ll have to run the numbers but I think people would pay for the time and hours you put into it. I know you might wanna keep it and put it up on the wall yourself but I’m just interested what the AI values it at or if you can put in a custom price and see what sticks — or maybe as part of a raffle?
Anyway, it’s the perfect time for me to drop this post online, maybe shake a little tail feather, get heading in the general direction of some instant coffee maybe and make that my exercise for the morning, get back, get the coffee on the go, get into some banners and then welcome you into the world in the process! :)
