Holam amigos espero que estén bien. El día de hoy les traigo un nuevo post sobre un maquillaje sencillo inspirado en Evaluna.

Hello friends, I hope you are well. Today I bring you a new post about a simple makeup inspired by Evaluna.

¿Quién es Evaluna?

Es una cantautora, productora y actriz pero también es la hija de Ricardo Montaner y esposa de Camilo, uno de los cantantes más populares de la última década. Evaluna por años ha alcanzado las tendencias no solo por su música sino por la relación que mantiene con el colombiano Camilo, con quien espera su primer hijo.
Este maquillaje que realizó fue con la ocasión del día de San Valentín, vi las fotos en su perfil de Instagram y me pareció buena idea intentarlo.

Who is Evaluna?

She is a singer-songwriter, producer and actress but she is also the daughter of Ricardo Montaner and wife of Camilo, one of the most popular singers of the last decade. Evaluna for years has reached the trends not only for her music but also for the relationship she has with the Colombian Camilo, with whom she is expecting her first child.
This makeup she did was for Valentine's Day, I saw the photos on her Instagram profile and I thought it was a good idea to try it.

MAQUILLAJE UNICOLOR

Cuano veo los looks de Evaluna me recuerdan un poco al 2000's, porque son super coloridos pero la mayoría son unicolor. Aunque casi siempre va en nude, o muy natural, cuando luce el color siempre se trata de colores que resalten. Y eso me gustó mucho porque no soy experta maquillándome.
¡Así que veamos el paso a paso!

ONE-COLOR MAKEUP

When I see Evaluna's looks they remind me a little bit of the 2000's, because they are super colorful but most of them are unicolor. Although she almost always goes nude, or very natural, when she wears color it's always about colors that stand out. And I really liked that because I'm not an expert in makeup.
So let's see the step by step!

Lápiz labial cobrizo o marrón

MATERIALS

Black and white eyeshadow

Copper or brown lipstick

Lo primero que hice fue realizarme el diseño de las cejas. Y luego preparé mi piel con un poco de bloqueador solar porque en Lima, Perú estamos en verano y el sol está bastante fuerte, en mi habitación me pega mucho el resplandor.

The first thing I did was to design my eyebrows. And then I prepared my skin with some sunscreen because in Lima, Peru we are in summer and the sun is quite strong, in my room I get a lot of glare.

Luego me coloqué un poco de base para cubrir mis imperfecciones.

I then applied some foundation to cover my imperfections.

Maticé un poco mis párpados con una sombra clara, para que resaltara aún más el azul.

I shaded my eyelids a bit with a light shadow to highlight the blue even more.

Y busqué en mi paleta de sombras una que se pareciera un poco al que llevaba Evaluna, el de ella era más celeste que el mío. Pero este fue el que escogí.

And I looked in my eyeshadow palette for one that looked a little like the one Evaluna was wearing, hers was more light blue than mine. But this was the one I chose.

Preferí hacerlo con los dedos porque lo vi en las redes sociales, y casi nunca había utilizado este tipo de sombras porque con las brochas que tengo casi no pigmentaban. Pero con el dedo me funcionó a la perfección. // I preferred to do it with my fingers because I saw it on social networks, and I had almost never used this type of shadows because with the brushes I have they almost didn't pigment. But with the finger it worked perfectly.

Con ayuda de un pincel plano perfilé un poco las orillas del ojo con la sombra porque así se ve en las fotos de Evaluna, no es un delineado con la sombra sino que tiene una ligera forma de colita.

With the help of a flat brush I outlined a little bit the edges of the eye with the shadow because that's how it looks in Evaluna's pictures, it's not an eyeliner with the shadow but it has a slight tail shape.

Finalmente en la zona del párpado inferior, me coloqué primero sombra negra, y cerca del lagrimal una sombra blanca. Como la sombra blanca no se veía mucho me ayudé con un lápiz blanco.

Finally, on the lower eyelid area, I applied black shadow first, and then a white shadow near the tear trough. As the white shadow was not very visible, I used a white pencil.

Ya casi tengo el look completo. Me coloqué un poco de rimel. Y mientras secaba procedí con los labios. Evaluna usa un tono como marroncito para los labios, así que busqué hacerlo lo más parecido.

I almost have the look complete. I applied some mascara. And while I was drying I proceeded with the lips. Evaluna wears a brownish shade for her lips, so I tried to make it as close as possible.
