I want to tell you that I am fascinated by Japanese culture in terms of its traditional clothing, tea ceremony, traditional music among other things, Japan is one of the places I would like to visit I would like to see those cherry blossom trees. Today I come with my artistic makeup inspired by the #Geishas, who are artists of the #Japanese #culture.

Quiero comentarles que a mi me fascina la cultura japonesa en cuanto a su vestimenta tradicional, ceremonia del té, música tradicional entre otras cosas, Japón es uno de los lugares que quisiera visitar me gustaría ver esos árboles de cerezos florecidos. Hoy vengo con mi maquillaje artístico inspirado en las #Geishas, que son artistas de la #ultura #Japonesa.

But what is a Geisha?
Geishas are women, who from a very young age are trained to be elegant artists, using a distinctive makeup that is an icon of Japanese culture, with the task of entertaining at meetings, parties and banquets, offering classical music, dances, games and conversations, mainly male clients. geishas means artist, person (sha) who masters an art (gei).
Centuries before the term was coined, there were already women who lived by show business, such as the dancers who performed for samurai in the 12th century. Thanks to a life devoted entirely to art, geisha are the guardians of traditional Japanese performing arts.
They are refined artists and experts in traditional Japanese arts. His great skills in music and dance were the fruit of years of study and learning.

Pero, ¿qué es una geisha? Las geishas son mujeres, que desde muy pequeñas se capacitan para ser artistas elegantes, utilizando un maquillaje distintivo que es un ícono de la cultura japonesa, con la tarea de entretener en reuniones, fiestas y banquetes, ofreciendo música clásica, bailes, juegos y conversaciones, principalmente clientes masculinos.
Geishas significa artista, persona (sha) que domina un arte (gei). Siglos antes de que se acuñara el término, ya existían mujeres que vivían del espectáculo, como las bailarinas que actuaban para los samuráis en el siglo XII.

Gracias a una vida dedicada por completo al arte, las geishas son las guardianas de las artes escénicas tradicionales japonesas. Son artistas refinados y expertos en artes tradicionales japonesas. Sus grandes habilidades en la música y la danza fueron fruto de años de estudio y aprendizaje.

To do my artistic makeup I had to use materials that I have on hand, such as: white tempera paint mixed with petroleum jelly and black, a moisturizing cream, eyeliner in black, red lip paint and red shadow.

Para hacer mi maquillaje artístico tuve que utilizar materiales que tengo a mano, como: pintura al temple blanca mezclada con vaselina y negra, una crema hidratante, delineador de ojos en negro, pintura de labios roja y sombra roja.

Makeup Steps

Cleanse my face first, and apply a moisturizing cream, then a very light liquid primer.
Then I joined Vaseline with white tempera and with a brush I began to apply it, let it dry and applied again, this step I did three times, until my face was completely white, I also applied it on my neck.
When my face was white, with a fine brush, I moistened it in red cream shadow and applied it to the contour of my eyes, then I used the black eyeliner and made an eyeliner in my eyes in the upper and lower area.
Then with a black pencil I drew my eyebrows and filled them with black tempera until they were highlighted very well.
I ended up applying lipstick to my lips but in the middle I wanted to achieve a very small mouth like most geisha make up.
To finish I did a hairstyle and then the photos to show you how I have my makeup.

Pasos del Maquillaje

Primero me lavo la cara y aplico una crema hidratante, luego una prebase líquida muy ligera.
Luego uní Vaselina con temple blanco y con un pincel comencé a aplicarla, dejé secar y apliqué nuevamente, este paso lo hice tres veces, hasta que mi rostro quedó completamente blanco, también lo apliqué en mi cuello.

Cuando mi rostro estaba blanco, con un pincel fino, lo humedecí en sombra de crema roja y lo apliqué al contorno de mis ojos, luego usé el delineador de ojos negro y me hice un delineador de ojos en la zona superior e inferior.

Luego con un lápiz negro me dibujé las cejas y las rellené con temple negro hasta que quedaron muy bien resaltadas.

Terminé aplicándome lápiz labial en los labios pero en el medio quería lograr una boca muy pequeña como la mayoría de maquillajes de geishas.

Para terminar hice un peinado y luego las fotos para mostraros como quedó mi maquillaje.
