Hey amigos, ya he contado en varias ocasiones que vivo en un complejo de 4 cabañas en un pueblito de Córdoba, Argentina.
Aúnque el espacio es grande y cada hogar tiene un poquito de su periferia para la privacidad, es inevitable cruzarse con los vecinos de las otras cabañas todo el tiempo, por lo que si una de las cabañas se desocupa, siempre se espera tener una buena relación con los inquilinos nuevos que ocupen ese espacio.
Hace poco más de dos meses se desocupó la cabaña más cercana a la mía e ingresaron como inquilinos una pareja de amigos.
Hey friends, I have already told several times that I live in a complex of 4 cabins in a small town in Córdoba, Argentina.Although the space is large and each home has a little bit of its fringe for privacy, it is inevitable to run into the neighbors of the other cabins all the time, so if one of the cabins becomes vacant, a good relationship is always expected. with new tenants occupying that space.
A little over two months ago, the cabin closest to mine was vacated and a couple of friends entered as tenants.
Lo cierto es que yo no soy, digamos, una persona demasiado sociable. Por lo que tardé cerca de un mes hasta entablar una conversación con ellos 😅.
Dar el primer paso fue suficiente para comenzar a construir un vínculo muy bonito. Tenemos aproximadamente la misma edad, y tenemos una percepción y valores bastantes parecidos también.
Ayer, Yako (la chica), se puso a ver los maquillajes que hice y tengo en una sección destacada en mi página de Instagram. Quedó encantada y me pidió si podría realizarle uno a ella también. Y pues, ya saben la respuesta.
The truth is that I am not, shall we say, a very sociable person. So it took me about a month to start a conversation with them 😅.Taking the first step was enough to start building a very nice bond. We are roughly the same age, and we have quite similar perceptions and values as well.
Yesterday, Yako (the girl), came to see the makeup I did and I have in a featured section on my Instagram page. She was delighted and asked me if I could make one for her too. And well, you know the answer.
Ella me dijo que le gustaría un maquillaje tipo teatral o de carnaval y en cuanto a los colores, transitando el otoño, no podíamos dejar pasar esa hermosa gama de tonos tierra.
Entonces eso fue lo que hice.
Comencé aplicando base cremosa, de unos cuantos tonos más claros que su color tono natural para dar la apariencia de palidez, y así, resaltar aún más los pigmentos que aplicaría más tarde.
She told me that she would like a theatrical or carnival type makeup and as for the colors, going through the fall, we couldn't pass up that beautiful range of earth tones.So that's what I did.
I started by applying creamy foundation, a few shades lighter than her natural color tone to give the appearance of paleness, and thus further highlight the pigments that I would apply later.
Aplique suavemente, sombra en polvo de color verde oliva, para marcar los contornos la nariz, los pómulos, el mentón y las cienes.
Luego comencé a jugar con los colores.
Como este maquillaje no tenía demasiadas peticiones, me dejé llevar por la inspiración y en vez de hacer un boceto previo para diseñar la obra, dejé que todo vaya fluyendo en el proceso.
Lo primero que realicé, fue reforzar el contorno de la nariz desde el entrecejo, esfuminando pigmentos acuarelables de tonos anaranjados, rojizos y marron claro.
Con el mismo patrón de colores maquillé 3/4 de los párpados superiores, de forma vertical que uní a la mitad de mis cejas y extendí hasta los extremos exteriores de las mismas.
Gently apply an olive green powder shadow to outline the contours of the nose, cheekbones, chin and hundreds.Then I started playing with colors.
As this makeup did not have too many requests, I let myself be inspired and instead of making a previous sketch to design the work, I let everything flow in the process.
The first thing I did was to reinforce the contour of the nose from the point between the eyebrows, blurring watercolor pigments in orange, reddish and light brown tones.
With the same color pattern I made up 3/4 of the upper eyelids, vertically, which I joined to the middle of my eyebrows and extended to the outer ends of them.
Para los párpados inferiores, cogí una brochita vieja y gastada que tengo, y aplicando a toquesitos, fui creando manchas con diferentes tonos de maquillaje acuarelable verde.
Luego continué con su frente.
Para ello, partiendo desde el maquillaje de las cejas, dos líneas diagonales de cada lado.
Para las del centro, esfuminé sombras de tonos café y mostaza. Y para las de los extremos, esfuminé café y rojizo.
También apliqué polvo café anaranjado por debajo de la bolita de la nariz y sobre el arco del labio superior.
For the lower eyelids, I took an old and worn brush that I have, and applying it in small strokes, I created stains with different shades of green watercolor makeup.Then I continued with his forehead.
To do this, starting from the makeup of the eyebrows, two diagonal lines on each side.
For the center ones, I blended shades of brown and mustard tones. And for the ones on the ends, I blended brown and reddish.
I also applied orange-brown powder under the nose ball and over the arch of the upper lip.
Uní las comisuras de sus labios, con el medio de sus párpados inferiores, dibujando dos líneas verticales curvadas, intentando la mayor simetría posible.
Maquillé estás franjas esfuminando pigmentos de diferentes tonalidades de verdes. Utilicé el más oscuro para la parte superior, degradando de forma desendente hasta finalizar en un tono verde limón.
Continué estas franjas desde las comisuras de sus labios hasta los extremos de la mejilla, de igual manera curvada. Pigmenté esta parte esfuminando diferentes tonos anaranjados.
Dibujé 3 círculos incompletos de menor tamaño en cada extremo inferior de las franjas utilizando corrector líquido.
Con la misma técnica del corrector, dibujé un medio círculo en el centro de su frente y listo!
Éste fue el resultado final.
I joined the corners of his lips, with the middle of his lower eyelids, drawing two curved vertical lines, trying as much symmetry as possible.I made up these stripes blurring pigments of different shades of green. I used the darkest for the top part, grading downwards until I finished in a lemon green tone.
I continued these stripes from the corners of her lips to the ends of her cheek, just as curved. I pigmented this part blending different shades of orange.
I drew 3 smaller incomplete circles at each bottom end of the stripes using correction fluid.
Using the same concealer technique, I drew a half circle in the center of her forehead and voila!
This was the final result.
