This is a make-up I have done for a beauty competition. The theme was... Obviously... PURPLE💜
I love purple. It is my favorite color, followed by blue and green. I had to create the whole outfit and I thought of a fairy.
The blouse was painted with purple and I had an ingenious idea for the jewelry: to use a lightbulb and glue butterflies as if they were drawn by the light.
For the skirt I wanted black and glitter. I have spent a lot of time attaching the small butterflies on the bottom of the skirt and I liked how they looked.
I am a huge fan of recycling, so I have used a gift back and took the roses from there and sprinkled a little glitter on their petals.
I have tried the make-up on myself and after that I have paid a model to wear it at the competition.
I loved this challenge as it got my creative juices flowing. I feel I am more creative when I am free to choose the concept that I want and go along with it.
As a typical Aquarius woman, I love freedom and having no one barking orders telling me what to do. I work best alone and left in my own creative world. A purple world where I am happy to do what I dream💜
