Esta rutina es la que aveces uso por las mañanas después que me levanto, y claramente lo primero que realizo es lavarme mi rostro con jabón especial para la cara, cada día turno los jabones ya que tengo 3 los cuales son Jabón de Carbón activado, Jabón de azufre y Jabón de cetaphil pero esta vez utilice el jabón de cetaphil, me lave mi rostro con mi jabón y seque mi rostro con una toalla limpia (la del rostro).
This routine is what I sometimes use in the mornings after I wake up, and clearly the first thing I do is wash my face with special soap for the face, every day I turn the soaps since I have 3 which are Activated Charcoal Soap, Sulfur Soap and Cetaphil Soap but this time I used the Cetaphil soap, I wash my face with my soap and dry my face with a clean towel (the one on my face).
Luego suelo usar tonico facial por las mañanas y por las noches para retirar cualquier impureza que haya quedado en mi rostro, esto lo hago con un algodón limpio y claramente el tónico.
Aveces por las mañanas también es recomendable usar el "agua micelar" en vez del "tónico" ya que el agua micelar tiene pequeñas micelas (como su nombre lo indica) por lo cual es más liviana que el tónico y le cae mejor a la piel por la mañana.
Then I usually use facial toner in the mornings and evenings to remove any impurities left on my face, I do this with a clean cotton pad and clearly the toner.
Sometimes in the mornings it is also advisable to use "micellar water" instead of "toner" because micellar water has small micelles (as the name suggests) so it is lighter than toner and goes better on the skin in the morning.
Despues que mi rostro esta supremamente limpio y sin ninguna impureza aplique "serum de ácido hialurónico" en mis ojeras🌝🌚 esto ayuda a disimular y reducir las arrugas y disimular las líneas de expresión.
Este producto es de la marca Farmatodo una de mis marcas favoritas que sin duda es buenísima, este producto lo uso tanto como de día y de noche para poder ver resultados.
After my face is supremely clean and without any impurities I apply "hyaluronic acid serum" on my dark circles🌝🌚 this helps to disguise and reduce wrinkles and disguise expression lines.
This product is from the brand Farmatodo one of my favorite brands that is undoubtedly great, I use this product both day and night so I can see results.
Estas son las 2 cremas hidratantes que uso por el momento pero para el día uso la que tiene protector solar la cual es de la marca "mon reve", la crema hidratante la suelo aplicar en todo mi rostro y mi cuello con movimientos extendentes para evitar arrugas a temprana edad.
These are the 2 moisturizers I use at the moment but for the day I use the one with sunscreen which is from the brand "mon reve", I usually apply the moisturizer all over my face and neck with spreading movements to avoid wrinkles at an early age.
Después de aplicar la crema hidratante aplico un poco de protector solar, ya que es super importante para proteger la piel del sol, lo aplico en pequeñas cantidades en mi rostro y cuello igualmente con movimientos extendentes.
Al principio parece que quededara un poco palida mi cara, pero tranquilos eso es por el protector solar, pero después se humecta en la piel y no queda pálido mi rostro.
After applying the moisturizer I apply some sunscreen, as it is very important to protect the skin from the sun, I apply it in small amounts on my face and neck also with spreading movements.
At first it looks like my face is a little pale, but don't worry, that's because of the sunscreen, but then it moisturizes the skin and my face doesn't look pale.
Y para ir finalizando mi rutina de día aplique "Agua de Rosas" en todo mi rostro y cuello, sirve como tónico y es bien refrescante la verdad, igualmente es de mis marcas favoritas "Farmatodo"
Y la verdad es que la he venido usando un buen tiempo, y es buenísima.
And to finish my day routine I applied "Rose Water" all over my face and neck, it works as a tonic and it is really refreshing, it is also one of my favorite brands "Farmatodo".
And the truth is that I have been using it for a long time, and it is very good.
