Human management is one huge task that comes with my work as a makeup artist. Sometimes I get clients who will ensure they stress you during the session and at other times there are very cooperative clients. Finding the balance to deal with each one patiently lies the key to one's progress.
The video showcase some of the characters we meet in my work as a beautician. I also think human management cut across many areas of endeavour that one has to deal with others physically or virtually.
