Primeramente en parte de mi cuello, brazo y pecho, con un lápiz color negro dibuje las partes de los músculos con trazos cuidadosamente hechos, para hacer notar realmente la posición de cada musculo.

Step by step
First in part of my neck, arm and chest, with a black pencil I drew the parts of the muscles with carefully made strokes, to really notice the position of each muscle.

Luego con pintura color rojo pinte todas las partes pertinentes, cuello, pecho y brazo dejando así solamente sin pintar los pates en la posición de los cartílagos.

Then with red paint I painted all the pertinent parts, neck, chest and arm, leaving only the cartilage position unpainted.

Seguidamente con pintura color blanco pinte todas las partes que había dejado anteriormente sin rellenar, con una brocha muy delgada y la misma pintura blanca trace los límites de cada músculo que al comienzo había dejado dibujado con el lápiz de color negro.
