Hola amigos de Hive, por primera vez escribo en esta comunidad MakeUp Power que me llama mucho la atención porque comparto su amor por el maquillaje ya que a parte de ayudarnos a vernos mas lindas también podemos utilizarlo para empoderarnos y generar un dinero extra que en estos tiempos tanta falta nos hace.
Como es bien sabido en mi país Venezuela estamos pasando momentos económicos muy difíciles antes y durante la cuarentena lo que nos lleva a no depender de un solo ingreso o trabajo sino que tenemos que hacer malabares cada día para poder salir adelante por lo menos para obtener las cosas mas básica, Es difícil, muy difícil pero no imposible, esas dificultades nos impulsan a utilizar lo que conocemos y a aprender lo que no para emprender y salir a delante.
En la búsqueda de generar esos deseados ingresos extras, utilicé ese amor, experiencia y conocimientos obtenidos en el ramo del maquillaje convirtiéndome en un agente multiplicador enseñando a otras chicas técnicas básicas y avanzadas en cursos de auto-maquillaje y Maquillaje Intensivo obteniendo beneficios recíprocos al ayudarlas a ser mujeres empoderadas que cuentan con conocimientos y destrezas para llevar acabo un oficio divertido y muy bien remunerado que ayuda en su independencia económica.
El proceso es muy divertido al utilizar el maquillaje, los colores, el brillo,la fantasía, es algo que me gusta y me divierte lo que hace que mi trabajo en este caso sea un placer pero lo que mas amo en este emprendimiento es poder ayudar a esas chicas a sentir que si se puede salir adelante y ser exitoso si hacemos uso de nuestra creatividad, gustos, conocimientos ayudando a otros sin importar el campo o la rama siempre hay algo que se te da bien, el canto, la fotografía, la cocina, sea lo que sea que hay gente a tu alrededor que necesita de tus conocimientos y que estarían dispuestos a pagar poco o mucho para que le ayudes en su desarrollo personal.

Hello friends of Hive, for the first time I am writing in this MakeUp Power community that catches my attention because I share your love for makeup since apart from helping us to look more beautiful we can also use it to empower ourselves and generate extra money than in these times we need so much.
As is well known in my country, Venezuela, we are going through very difficult economic times before and during the quarantine, which leads us to not depend on a single income or job, but we have to juggle every day to be able to get ahead at least to obtain the more basic things, It is difficult, very difficult but not impossible, these difficulties drive us to use what we know and learn what not to start and get ahead.
In the search to generate those desired extra income, I used that love, experience and knowledge obtained in the makeup field, becoming a multiplier agent teaching other girls basic and advanced techniques in self-makeup and Intensive Makeup courses, obtaining reciprocal benefits by helping them to be empowered women who have the knowledge and skills to carry out a fun and highly paid job that helps in their financial independence.
The process is very fun when using makeup, colors, shine, fantasy, it is something that I like and amuse me, which makes my work in this case a pleasure but what I love most in this endeavor is being able to help to those girls to feel that if you can get ahead and be successful if we make use of our creativity, tastes, knowledge helping others regardless of the field or branch there is always something that you are good at, singing, photography, cook, whatever it is that there are people around you who need your knowledge and who would be willing to pay little or a lot to help them in their personal development.
