Hello again! Good evening!~ Today I bring the look of a monster from the Sweet Home manhwa and Netflix series.

¡Hola de nuevo! Buenas tardes!~ Hoy traigo el aspecto de un monstruo del manhwa Sweet Home, y serie en Netflix.

So, this character originally looks like this.

Y esta es su versión en la serie.

I tried to copy the mouth contour using aluminum paper as skeleton, covered with liquid latex and cotton.

Intenté copiar el contorno de la boca usando papel de aluminio como esqueleto, cubierto con látex líquido y algodón.

Using red moldable wax, I covered the inside of the mouth to look like the gums. Wrapping also the teeth.
Usando cera roja moldeable, cubrí el interior de la boca para que parecieran las encías. También cubrí los dientes.

For the teeth I wanted different textures so I used paper mache powder to be mixed with water and I made them flat to look like incisive teeth. And with more latex and cotton I made the fangs and fix all with more wax.

Para los dientes quería diferentes texturas así que utilicé polvo de papel maché para mezclar con agua y los hice planos para que parecieran dientes incisivos. Y con más látex y algodón hice los colmillos y fije todo con más cera.

I left the mouth in the freezer, so that the wax would set and I went to prepare latex sheets that later I’ll adhere to the mouth contour.

Dejé la boca en el congelador, para que la cera se fijara y fui a preparar las láminas de látex que luego adheriré al contorno de la boca.

I picked up ripped clothes and give a little of paint to make it dirty.

Recogí ropa rasgada y le di un poco de pintura para ensuciarla.

I patiently adhered the contour first so that I could fit the latex sheets making the walls of the mouth.

Primero adherí el contorno con paciencia para poder encajar las láminas de látex haciendo las paredes de la boca.

I don't have to many pictures of the process or the makeup in general because of the time it took me to do it, I didn't have help at that time and it was complicated to keep the camera recording.

No tengo muchas fotos del proceso ni del maquillaje en general por el tiempo que me llevó hacerlo, no tenía ayuda en ese momento y era complicado mantener la cámara grabando.

But I would tell you the process anyway by this example:

Pero de todas formas les cuento el proceso con este ejemplo:

1.- Eyebrows covered with moldable wax for fx and matting it.

Cejas cubiertas con cera moldeable para fx y matizarla.

2.- I toned my skin a little bit paler to make better degradation with green, yellow and purple tones making bruises and give the dead living look. With a spray I painted my hair in green, this was just optional because the character actually was bald and I just went "Meh...green hair why not"

Me entoné la piel un poco más pálida para hacer una mejor degradación con tonos verdes, amarillos y morados haciendo moratones y dar el aspecto de muerto vivo. Con un spray me pinté el pelo de color verde, esto fue solo opcional porque el personaje en realidad era calvo y simplemente dije "Meh...pelo verde por qué no"

3.- After matching the skin with the mouth I painted inside it with dark red and brown tones.

Después de emparejar la piel con la boca pinté el interior con tonos rojos y marrones oscuros.

To be honest I feel a little ashamed of this because I wanted to share the whole process, but this makeup was made in literally the same day because of my-not patience-self.

Para ser honesta me siento un poco apenada de esto porque quería compartir todo el proceso, pero este maquillaje fue hecho literalmente en el mismo día por culpa de mi-no paciente-persona.

So it was difficult at the time to film and take photos of everything. But I'm happy for the result and because I was a huge fan of this manhwa.

Así que fue difícil en ese momento filmar y tomar fotos de todo. Pero estoy contenta por el resultado y porque era una gran fan de este manhwa.
