In the small village of Znamenka, in the hilly area of the Republic of Bashkiria, there are the ruins of the estate of the landowner Deev. It was built a long time ago, around the end of the 19th century. It was built for himself by the large landowner Deev, who earned his capital from the production of alcohol. By the way, his distillery has survived and is still in operation. But the estate is in a deplorable state - today, in fact, only the walls have been preserved, and in some places the overlap between the floors. Despite the status of an architectural monument, the building is being destroyed, and no one is taking any measures to preserve the historical heritage. Throughout the history of this estate, there was a landowner's house, a sniper school and a children's school. The children's school was closed in the early 80s, and the building has been abandoned since then.
