Far into the Midwest of Egypt, was an abandoned house, so great in size and standard that it was rated full stars. The exteriors, designs and everything about the house are top notch, but it was uninhabited, or so they say...
Year after year after year, many people tried to mimic the building and do a replica of it, or better still, build a mansion that will surpass it. But no matter how hard they tried to beat the standard, they always ended up with at least, 30 times less the capacity of the building they wanted to achieve. Most people believed that it was built by the deceased gods of Egypt, before their demise; others believe that it's the temple of Ra himself, one of the gods of Egypt, and they prayed unto it.
The elders in the hood knew the story behind it, but they'd never share it with anyone. It's like they took some oath of silence. All they say to people is; never to go into the house, that who so ever goes in there, will never come out again. So majority of the people tagged the house as Haunted. The whole town boycotted and refrained from using the house, even though they'd love to, nobody ever tried because of the warning from the elders. One day a set of white folks visited the Midwest of Egypt, they happened to be popular tourists on a tour to some other place, but when they came across that small town, they decided to stop and check the town out. The natives took them to the elders of the town, because of the language barrier, only the elders could communicate in the white Folks language. The elders knew all the language of the world, they're not exactly humans, but nobody knows that aspect of them, they have lived for over three thousand years with only one task, which is to prevent the rise of a fallen Lypical. They've had all those time and used it to master all languages spoken on earth, therefore allowing them to communicate with the white Folks.
The elders wanted to know why the white Folks came into their town,So the white folks told them that they're tourists and they where traveling by when they saw the small town and decided to do a little sight seeing, probably rest and eat up before continuing their journey. The elders assigned them a tour guide, and a translator, they went everywhere except where the mansion was, they never wanted the white Folks to see the mansion, so they didn't take them to see it. These were strict orders from the elders to the tour guide, and the tour guide he saw to it, that they went nowhere close to the mansion. The tour lasted a while, and so, it was getting late into the evening, the elders prepared a place for the white Folks to rest for the night, and took them to it, and then left them.
The folks stayed a while in their quarters, but then, all of them where bored, they started to regret why they stopped at the town. It wasn't exactly dark yet, so the decided to come out and take a stroll one last time before it gets dark. So they set out wandering around the town, then one of them noticed that the whole time they've been walking past this one street and they haven't gone through it yet. So they strolled into the street. After they walked a little distance into the street, they found the great mansion, and it caught all their attention. They tried taking some photos but, they weren't exactly prepared for a thing of sorts, so they didn't have their gadgets with them. They wondered why their tour guide didn't bring them to see the mansion earlier.
It was already getting dark so the pictures they took weren't so good, so they went back to their quarters, they couldn't stop talking about the mansion, until they slept off. Early hours of the next day, they got up and prepared themselves for the day, they set out to the mansion with all forms of Cameras for photography, they were determined to make a trend out of the mansion.
When they got there, they started taking photos of the building, they where so happy and pleased with their discovery, they haven't gotten any good threads to brag about in a while, even their socials grew quiet. But the discovery of this mansion will surely bring back attention to them . One of them suggested that they go in and see the inside but the rest refused, they didn't want to trespass and draw attention to themselves. So they went back, packed up their things, thanked the elders for their hospitality and then Left.
The elders were glad that the folks left and they wouldn't be disturbance regarding the mansion. But a few days later, they where surprised to see that more people are coming into town. Different people from around the world, visiting and requesting to see the famous mansion the white Folks blogged about. They're even ready to pay any amount to see it...
This happened for a very long time, to the extent that rich and prominent people are now relocating and building standard structures all over the town. After about a year, Midwest Egypt shifted from being a small town into one of the biggest cities of the world. Everyone want to be there, or even live there. The elders couldn't do much because of the persistency of the rich men, they grew cold because they have no authority over humans.
One of those days, some rich man wanted the mansion for himself, he was determined to pay any amount, just to have it, even if he goes bankrupt.
The elders warned that the building isn't for sale and that the mansion doesn't belong to anyone, therefore it couldn't be sold. The rich man grew angry and tried to take the building by force, so they let him. He used his powerful connection to legally snatch the building. He was excited about it, but the reality behind the mansion was unknown to him, even though the elders warned him that if he goes into the mansion he'd never come out, he was still persistent. He unlocked the gate and stepped into the compound, nothing happened, he walked to the door, nothing happened still.
He began to think that the elders made stories up to keep the mansion and it's treasure to them selves, then he opened the door without hesitation, at that instant, he was sucked in by an unknown force, he fell and broke his head. Blood wasn't supposed to touch the mansion, let alone, be spilled inside it. This was a problem because, a drop of blood was all it takes to set Lypical free, according to the old prophecy, that mansion was used to trap Lypical, the god that tormented the people of Egypt, three thousand years ago. The elders were the powerful beings that defeated him then, but it was at the expense of a huge amount of their Takená. Once they where drained of their Takená, their ability to stay young was lost to it, so they've been aging ever since, even after the defeat of Lypical. Now they're too old to handle such battles, also they didn't have enough Takená left in them, a wrong use of it will lead to them dieing and leaving Lypical roaming free. So they used their last Takená magic, which they saved in case of a situation like this, to built a superior mansion and locked the whole Midwest Egypt away, for their safety, and other reasons too. Mean while when the Lypical god fully manifested he required human sacrifices to fully recover, but if after some months he doesn't get any, he's pulled back into his prison, and until someone opens the door without knocking again, he remains in prison for ever. The elders knew this, that's why they locked everyone away to the superior mansion they built, so that the Lypical can go back to prison for ever.
The Lypical manifested, so furious and blood thirsty, it was weak, and couldn't do much, it was bound to stay close to its prison until a human was sacrificed in it's place.
The Lypical searched the whole Midwest looking for someone to sacrifice, but the whole place was empty. The mansion that housed the whole Midwest and it's visitors was invisible to the Lypical, so everyone was safe inside it.
The had nothing to worry about, infact they enjoyed their stay inside the mansion, no one wanted to leave. Anything and everything anyone ever wanted was there already, they stayed comfortably. So days passed, weeks ran into months on the real world, but inside the mansion it was just about 2 weeks that has gone by. On the 3rd month, exactly on the Lypicals 90th day with out a human sacrifice, a strong force pulled the Lypical back into its prison, and locked it up once again.
After the Lypical was back to prison, the superior mansion vanished and everyone was free to go back to their lives, but they were rather miserable, they missed the pleasures and comfort of the mansion. But eventually they all left Midwest and returned to their home towns, leaving only the people of Midwest to stay in their home.
But one thing was certain; Surely one day another ignorant and arrogant human will be back at the mansion, and the Lypical will be free again. Things will surely end differently then, because the elders won't be there to save them. Some day the Lypical will be unleashed on the world for good...
