One of my favorite avenues in the city of Barquisimeto is Venezuela Avenue, a wide and modern road corridor that quickly connects the center and east of the city, whenever I visit with my family we walk this avenue.
The photo that I shared I took from the flower of Venezuela, a monument that is in front of the avenue and from which you can have a view of part of the city. As you can see this is an area with a lot of movement (I took the photo before the quarantine measures began by COVID-19 but I had not shared it). This photo was taken in a westerly direction.
This other image I made in an easterly direction, one of the things I like the most about Barquisimeto is that it is a very large city but with not much population; It has about 2.1 million inhabitants and is the fourth most populous city in Venezuela.
Despite the tall buildings that have been erected in this area of the city, Barquisimeto continues to offer the local inhabitant and the visitor the possibility of observing its sky in all its splendor. This is one of the things I like most about Barquisimeto, added to the fact that here everything is spacious and there is also plenty of space for trees and other plant species.
