This time I will write about the ruins of an old building. The journey of a company sometimes has success until the company continues and sometimes the company will gradually Go collapse because of economic influence, political influence and other.
As this former building once a factory that produces textiles this former building is located on street Kadudampit,Sukabumi West Java.
The history of this textile factory is named Tjiboenar( old spelling), if with the new spelling Cinunar,a name taken from the name of the village and until now the Cibunar still exist.
This former textile factory building experience its production results were exported a broad. This textile factory was built in 1925 where Indonesia was still controlled by colonialists, where the political map was not stable.
This factory used to employ about 1000 people from the local population according to history. From the remains of the former building,it is quite spacious and has edge of the higway with quite fresh air because it is located in the mountains.
When viewed from the rest of the building looks long indicating that this factory building is quite large.
Then the shape of the ruins that exist ranging from pillars,large windows,then tall and sturdy building take the shape of Europa that has been adapted to the tropical nature Indonesia.
From the existing chunks of the building the factory was former built using local made red bricks and installed using tick bricks.
Using a plester mixture of lime, sand and red cement foom crushed red bricks as adhesive and the building id still solid,althougs only the front remaine.
The ruins of this textile factory building,is a large scale factory with several textile process such as a process that requires heating. Si there is smoke exhaust.
We can see the remains of the chimney building not far from the ruins of the front building. This chimey is made of red brick material neathy arranged and still sturdy. This chimney has heigh of about 30 meters with a round shape.
Behind the ruins of this old building,there are stories about mystical things, as told by local residents that this old building has a gurdian in the form of two tigers,when they appear at any time at night. Thank you.
