This house has no public information available about it, but the architecture and foundation are clearly Victorian, making it at least a century old. The decay shows that it has been abandoned for a short period (or maybe a year or two).
According to another explorer that was at the house with me, the local police have used the house for training. He said he found bullet casings on his first explore there (I didn't see any). There was pieces of police tape and a dummy made of heavy leather straps found.
