Seeing that Hive shouts from the roof tops about being decentralised and our largest splurge in the DHF is anything but , why don't we form a poll to see if the Community would like to keep or wind down the top Valueplan projects. For the sake of fairness I will not get into any personal opinions here but we need to let the larger stakeholders know whether the Community supports a project or if they are against a project. Lets start with the largest funded project the Hive rally car. Point to note this account has nothing to do with Valueplan. Thanks to
