没错,今天我专门安排了公司目前处于“待岗”状态的87名员工,进行一对一的个人信息核查与登记。这个过程虽然繁琐,但对于建立一套完善、透明的员工画像系统,是必须迈出的一步。
📋 除了核查,我们还组织了一场“双语学习会”(葡语+英语),围绕两个重点主题:
✅《十奖十罚》执行机制——让奖励和约束更清晰,不再“看人下菜碟”;
⚠《问题表现员工处置与整改流程》——让反馈机制、改善建议与成长路径全面联通。
我一直相信,对人负责不只是看业绩,更重要的是给出“理解与期待”的空间。记录也好、培训也好,都是为了让每一个人更清楚地知道:
你在组织中是谁,你可以变得怎样。

Day 40: 87 People, One Purpose

Today’s post is less about scenery and more about structure — the kind that builds real trust in an organization.
🧾 87 employees. Every record matters.
This morning, I coordinated a full review and registration session for 87 team members currently on standby. It wasn’t just paperwork — it was about putting names, faces, and context back into the system. Because clarity is the first step to fairness.
📚 Bilingual training: Accountability & empathy
Together with our HR team, we launched a bilingual (Portuguese-English) training session to cover:
✅ Our “10 Rewards & 10 Penalties” policy — a framework for encouraging excellence and addressing issues fairly.
⚠ How to handle underperforming employees (um funcionário com baixo desempenho) — not just to flag problems, but to give people tools to improve.
We’re adding this framework to our internal regulations and training library, with sign-off records for every participant. This is how structure meets heart.
