Putting the GM Hat Back On (After a Soul-Sucking Grocery Run)

Hey everyone,

Happy lazy... whatever today is. Wednesday? Really?

I intended to post yesterday, but a supply run derailed my plans. The grocery stores were barren. Whether it was storm prep or a logistical breakdown, the empty shelves mirrored the early Covid era. I regret not capturing photos of the wasteland.

To worsen the experience, we realized a crucial item was missing after we got home.

I had to go back...

By the time I returned, I managed a quick snack before collapsing. Shopping truly drains my soul.

Back in the GM Chair

The important part is I am reclaiming my energy by doing something fun today: I am prepping an adventure.

It has been far too long since I sat behind the screen. Hive account@ecoinstant and I are launching a new experiment: a recorded one-on-one game session. Expect pure shenanigans and questionable tactical choices. I'll post a follow up after Session: 0.

It is time to dust off the GM hat and get a little evil.
