I have been so tired I can't help it lately. So sleepy almost all day 🥱

I have so many things want to do and have to do, but can't get any of them done properly and the day ends.

There are also so many things I want to look up, and I usually end up falling asleep on the couch at night while searching this and that with my phone in hand. Last night, it was almost 2 o'clock and moved to bed, but I don't feel like I actually slept. I think I had a hectic dream, but I don't remember.

I feel my brain is shrinking somehow, so I will go to bed early today..., not only today but every day.

最近、眠くて眠くて困っています。ほぼ一日中眠い🥱

やりたいこと、やらなければならないことが山ほどあるのに、どれもこれもきちんと片付けられないまま一日が終わってしまいます。

調べたいこともたくさんあって、夜は大抵、スマホ片手にあれこれ検索しているうちにソファでウトウトしていることが多くなりました。昨夜も何だかんだ2時近くになってしまって、それからノソノソとベッドへ移動したものの、寝た気がしない。慌ただしい夢を見たような気もするけど、覚えていません。

何だか脳が縮んでいる気がするので、今日は早く寝ようと思います。今日だけでなく毎日早く寝られるように、生活リズムを立て直さなくては…。
