昨日は三軒茶屋にある「めん和正」に行きました。
豚骨、魚介のWスープ、それに中太ちぢれ麺。濃厚だけども、それでいてあっさりしていて飲みかったです。
またトッピングのチャーシューはよく煮込まれており、とてもとろとろで美味でした。
一度は行ってみていいと思います！

Hi, I'n Jintarou.
I ate the ramen at "Men Wasyou" which is located at Sangen-Jyaya.
For the soup, it's based on Tonkotsu(Pork born) and Gyokai(fish and shellfish). For the noodle, it's kind of middle thick and curly noodle.
the char siu pork is so melty! Incredible tasty!
