It seems to be Halloween in the world, but we do not have the custom of celebrating Halloween in my house.
I don't celebrate Halloween in my house, because at this time of the year, I am in the final stages of preparing for my fall solo exhibition.
The gallery where I will have my solo exhibition in November has a service where the gallery owner will make captions for me, although the rental fee is quite expensive. I could have made them myself, but since I was going to the trouble, I decided to have them made beautifully. I had been working on a manuscript for that purpose since this morning.
The manuscript is, in essence, a list of works. As shown in the image, the title of the painting, size, materials used, year of creation, and price are all listed in a single, one-file table.
I am using LibreOffice, and the standard file format for table files in LibreOffice is .ods, while the Microsoft Excel file format is .xlsx, which is different, but LibreOffice can also save the file as .xlsx, and the gallery asked me to submit it as . I was asked by the gallery to submit the file in .xlsx format, so I did so.
I also made a list with images for myself.
This is the second image, because there are many pictures with the same title this time. This list is very useful and speeds up the process of bringing in the work.
Tomorrow I will be at the hospital, so after I return home, I will start wrapping the paintings in air caps and packing them in boxes.

世間ではハロウィーンらしいですが、私の家ではハロウィーンを祝う習慣がありません。
この時期になると秋の個展の準備が大詰めを迎えますので。
私が11月に個展をするギャラリーは、使用料はかなり高いのですが、ギャラリーのオーナーさんがキャプションを作ってくれるというサービスがあるのです。自分で作ってもいいのですが、せっかくだから綺麗に作ってもらうことにしました。そのための原稿を朝から作っていました。
原稿は要するに、作品リストです。画像のように、絵のタイトル、サイズ、使用画材、制作年、価格を１つの、1ファイルの表にします。
私はLibreOfficeを使っています。LibreOfficeの表ファイルの標準のファイル形式は.odsで、Microsoft Excelのファイル形式は.xlsxで、違っていますが、LibreOfficeも.xlsxで保存はできるし、ギャラリーからは.xlsxで提出してほしいと言われたのでそのようにしました。
あと自分用に画像入りのリストも作りました。２枚目の画像です。
今回同じタイトルの絵が多いからです。これがあると何かと便利で、搬入の作業がスピードアップするなどの利点があります。
明日は病院なので、帰ってから絵をエアーキャップに巻いて箱詰めする作業に入ります。
