To be frank this an interesting topic you brought up this weekend
I sure believe I don't really fits so well in the conversation because I barely know people here and how the administration works based on curation and rewards, though I've go through many comments
Q1. Do you know there is a Hive-Naija community?
Yeah, few weeks after joining hive (though It not been long for me on hive)
Q2.How Frequent do you post in the community?
Actually since I joined I've posted as much as possible
Q3. Why don't you post in the community?
My last post was few day ago, but I think I have unconsciously abi consciously decided to rarely post here. Sorry to say that but the lack of love and interest in engaging on people post is alarming, can you imagine taking your time to create quality post not even a person will comment on it, I'm not talking about the rewards now, I many members here don't have time to go through posts of other members, if not most posts won't go unnoticed.
Q4. What do you suggest be done to move the community forward?
I don't know if this community is among the ocd incubation program, but I guess it will help alot of we join.
Another one is to delegate gate roles to people, a tree can't make a forest, no matter how good the admins here are there's still need for extra hands cus they're humans
I'm not on the #hive-naija discord server.
But I guess, creating a curation feed is very important, from there admins with curation roles (curators) can forward it and members gat to see post on curation and support accordingly
Lastly, criteria for curation should be restated, nothing kills vibes especially for quality contents, like a post to go unnoticed for a whole 7 days
Q5. If you were made a Leader, What Impact would you make?
I can promise going for leadership though, because of my space here offline, mostly tight, but I believe what that's worth doing is worth doing well.
I will get more hand to joining in the curation and following/engaging contents and their author. This is a social blog, not only weekly and prompts from admins should be engaged
