**MY VIEW ON FLIRTING***
Flirting can be viewed differently by people. Some say it is not cheating while others will say it is cheating. But be it as it may, for me, I will strongly say flirting is cheating. Cheating is showing romantic interest in someone be it emotionally or physically. Flirting can be said to be cheating although it is harmless but it leads to romantic pleasure.
As a single guy flirting, one might feel it is a pure intention and possibly just for fun purpose. But building it as a habit because flirting is fun, keeps conversation going and makes it easy to approach the opposite gender, it will become an everyday thing which can not be stopped.
Then for someone in a relationship, flirting with others can be tagged cheating. Because you already have someone you call your own which you can flirt with daily without going to do it with people outside. There are ways to engage in a conversation without it being flirty. Flirting with anyone when you are already with someone is a sign of infidelity and should not be encouraged.
MY REACTION IF I FIND MY PARTNER FLIRTING
Flirting is mostly secretive,so if I get to find my partner flirting,I will tell him to quit the flirtatious behavior. If he's already addicted or used to flirting,I will end the relationship because flirting can lead to cheating.
Flirting can cause lots of harm in a relationship and also it is a sign that one doesn't value is love or affection for his or her partner.
In a relationship for instance, If you call flirting a playful intention.You don't know the intention of the person you are flirting with, he or she could be taking it seriously and want to take it to the next level. And if care isn't taken, the two parties involved could start developing feelings for one another from the flirting stage. Which will be a problem to the already existing relationship.
Lastly, flirting is cheating for both singles and those in a relationship. It is always good to make intentions known before hands,if the opposite sex is interested in flirting it will be an agreement with the two parties. Rather than, playing mind games either opposite sex.
I know a guy who is single and has many "girlfriends with benefits" all gotten through flirting. He flirts with these ladies without making it known to them that this is just flirting,I am not taking it seriously,it is just for fun and sensational excitement. The ladies all think they have found love. Most people in this flirting game don't make their real intentions known. They pretend which makes it cheating.
