Hello everyone
How are you all doing today?
I'm glad I will be participating on the #hivenaija contest written by prompt: A woman in your life.
Growing up to know that someone is there to support you in all you do is something to remember for life. I have never been this happy writing this, it's the story of a great and hard working woman in my life, a woman that will go miles for you, she will break her Borns to make sure you're okay and comfortable, she's no other person but my mother.
Though she's not my birth mother but she took care of me right from when I was small (kid) till date. She nurtured me and taught me everything I needed to know as a girl. She taught me the value of education and never to relent on anything, she made be believe that when I need something I should go for it no matter the circumstances that might surround that thing. She taught me that giving up in my dreams is never an option.
She's someone who took me in not minding my tribe or history, she took it to herself to bring me up as her own child and to provide for me what ever I need which she has done and she's still doing till date. She's a woman in my life that can never be replaced by anyone no matter what.
Her smile brightens up my sad mood and she always know when things are not going well with me. She made me who I am today with the help of God by her side. Whenever she calls me on phone I feel like all my problems are solved already because she's always there to motivate me.
From now till the end of the world I will always talk about her because she's the true definition of a good and loving mother.
Happy International Women's Day Mom
