Growing up as a kid, I've always been at the base of the elite ladder. My dad was not doing so well financially, so I and my siblings have always been defaulters of school fees every school term. Anytime we were called out publicly, I'd feel ashamed and wished things were different.
Now we are grown, and my elder brother owns a school. Considering our background, I'd thought he'd be more sympathetic to the kids plight. I thought wrong.
Now I'm wondering, Ruthlessness and Efficiency in a business place, are they mutually Exclusive or Inclusive?
