Hello Hivers,
Wow, finally here, I can still remember the first discussion I had about Hive, took me about a year and a half, to come on board, and about three days to do an introductory post, wonderful indeed.
ABOUT ME
My name is Ikuomola Olayinka Helen, but when people ask me, "what's your name?" I'd just say Yinka and for some who couldn't pronounce it at first, try to get me to tell them something else, like an English name, but I don't, why? You might want to ask me, of course, I know you want to ask me
I just love my tribal name so much that I grew attached to it, it gives me this feeling I can't explain, combined with the meaning, and the fact that that is the name my parents always call me whenever I am at home, it just makes me feel wonderful when people call me that name, and because of that, not many people know me by Helen, even though it has a wonderful meaning as well. So you can call me Yinka.
I hail from the western part of Nigeria, I am a student at the University of Port Harcourt, which is located in River State, Nigeria.
A funny fact about me is that even tho I am from the western part of Nigeria, I was born and raised in the South-South So many people questioned my State of Origin.
I am proficient with outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
I love trying out new activities, it gives me this drive and it's so wonderful, I am so big on friendship, this is why I have and keep so little close circle of friends, I am not the type that makes friends like a fly, because I believe few people know the meaning and value the word "Friendship".
In as much as I am not so extra, I am passionate about young teens, and the next generation at large.
I love music, even though I can't really sing, but please do not tell that to my imagination and my bathroom voices, it will surprise you how many albums I might have released in the bathroom😌, l love reading, movies, writing, cooking, which is why I'll need y'all to share me your secret recipes, remember I told you I love trying out new things, I can bake and I live in my imaginations, and my current goal is to speak at least, two other languages, French and Spanish so expect posts from various topics.
I will love to travel the world, get to eat different dishes, and learn about different wonderful cultures
But for now, let me just go around the world in my imagination and through the lenses of my phone
