So today I'll be talk about a topic from the hivenaija weekly prompt where I'll talk about HORRIBLE BOSSES YOU EXPERIENCED. This is a very interesting topic.
So today I'll be using my self as an example with my experienceas a factory worker...
As about last year, I was about to take my WAEC examination and by the time I was to take it, it was postponed and then I didn't really had anything to do, not even in school...
Then decided to work. So I told my parents to find me something to do; and then, I got a connection to work in an Indian factory not too far from my abode...
I worked in different departments before finding a permanent position or department.
Where I worked was called The finishing line in...
I was trained to be a loyal, hardworking and never giving up person no matter how tough a place can be. So this thing really affected me because my boss saw it as an advantage and took it and used it against me for his profit ..
My department were only made mostly girls and few boys and then I was part of the boys. My boss liked women and so he changed his female workers like anything; as soon as he sees a fine girl, he'll remove one old worker; what a boss...
My boss never appreciate, never gives good comments, never compensates, never satisfied, never plays with himself but careless to others. All these are because he has a target and as soon as he meets and passes that target, he'll have a bonus money...
My coworkers were like, you are doing strong man, we pity you, you'll be used till you are drained and truly, I worked till I was drained.
He seriously was horrible to all his workers. How do I know this? All my fellow workers complained everytime about him and even compared him to other bosses in other departments.
And also, I've worked in other places, all the bosses I've worked with, I can really testify of their good works indeed...
