Hello, #openmic
For this week's topic, I took a song detailing little Krishna as he is into both toys and music also we celebrated Vishu here in Kerala. Vishu symbolizes the start of a new year in the Malayalam Callender where we begin our new year by looking at a Vishu Kani
This is what a Vishu Kani is and you guys can see little Krishnana holding his flute
The song uses a lot of traditional music instruments used herein Kerala, hope you guys like this song.

Translation
The first holy sight I see on waking up should be You, Oh, Lotus eyed Krishna,
Wearing colorful yellow garments and golden loin chains, bangles, and rings!
I embrace the glorious body of the Lotus-eyed One and hear the beautiful stories of his childhood. Come near, my child; let me have your holy darshan.
Husband of Lakshmidevi( Malar mathin) and the loving son of Vasudeva, play the flute and sing early in the morning. Come running, wearing the golden anklets which make a tingling sound!
Krishna, while you graze the cows in the company of young beautiful girls (your friends), when you become hungry you steal butter, come near, my child, let me see you.
I long to see you running away with the clothes of the women who are bathing, and you sitting on the branches of the banyan tree and passing vulgar comments and shouting. (delivering orations!)
Oh, Lord looking deep blue like the clouds, come, let me see you!
Whenever you come in front of me, come near and speak a few nice new words, sweetly with that innocent smile.
Come let me see you first in the morning
I hope you guys enjoyed it, Have a nice day 😊
