They're some very valuable lessons I got from just reading through.

One which is if selfishness can be put aside and both parties can communicate then a lot of issues will be solved.

This right here would have solved many problems and kept many homes, but in some cases the parties will choose to be selfish and refuse to let go of their ego and pride.
