lol, i know, this hive open mic post is cray cray late.
And so it goes. I have attempted to post this video on 3Speak many times over the last many days. After 7 failed to encode uploads, the 8th was the magic number.
And so finally this single take live jungle jam can be published. This song is called ‘The Feathers Pleasure’ by KALDERA. The band of the Butt.
We were at a rehearsal in the Hills of Tzununa. In the actual caldera of Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. A caldera of a super volcano. A super volcano that erupted 84000 years ago. Sediment from the blast has been found in China.
Lake Atitlan is a pretty epic location.
I dont expect #hiveopenmic to accept this entry, but i still want to share it, as the intention was there and it was actually finalized well before week #190 was over. The theme Grace was perfect.
id like to think i handled the failed uploads on 3Speak with grace. I just figured hey, no big deal. When this video is ready for the world… it will publish. So here we are now the perfect moment for a successful upload has arrived.
3Speak… im not mad at ya.
I know devs were scrambling to fix the days many users having upload issues. I personally appreciate every issue i had, every single one of them was weaved into my life with as low stress and in flow as possible.
I appreciate all of my 7 trials at uploading and this 8th successful silver bullet.
Web 3 asks for patience.
There is less zuckerfuck buck floating around.
i expect far less from HIVE and it Dapps.
I accept that owning my own content.. that being part CEO of HIVE, this means a degree of self responsibility.
if i want something better, i need to make it. If im not going to make my own video platform. Then i need not bitch about the 3Speak. I have had dozens upon dozens of successful uploads over the last months.
