About 7 months ago, I had found myself in a dicey situation where I needed one particular person to say "I LOVE YOU" to me and I never got it. I said it effortlessly but all I got in return was "I CARE ABOUT YOU". I care about my dog so I know it's not the same.

Me encantan las canciones lentas de la vieja escuela y, para el tema de esta semana, no se me ocurrió una canción más adecuada para describir adecuadamente mis emociones y a mí mismo que esta canción.
La letra es bastante explícita, así que no puede considerarse "no revelada". Sin embargo, ¿por qué mantener mis palabras ocultas cuando puedo abrirme completamente y no tener ni un solo miedo en el mundo?
Hace unos 7 meses, me encontré en una situación delicada en la que necesitaba que una persona en particular me dijera estas 3 palabras "TE AMO" y nunca lo conseguí. Lo dije sin esfuerzo, pero todo lo que obtuve a cambio fue "me preocupo por ti". Yo me preocupo por mi perro así que sé que no es lo mismo.
Esas palabras permanecieron sin ser reveladas para mí por mucho que necesitara escucharlas así que me entristecieron e inquietaron hasta que hace poco conocí a alguien que me ofreció esas palabras en bandeja y no pidió nada a cambio más que mi aceptación.
