Hello my wonderful hiveans, how has our day being today.hope it was great, because mine was amazing.and i return all the glory to God.
This is your one and only veemahfashion.yeah, well so sorry guys for not coming on board for a week now.that's because i have been on a church program i told us sometime ago which is Rehoboth convention 2025(tag levels above). yes i have been on the program for one week now since on the 7th of Sept---14th Sept.we just rounded up today being Sunday.the glory of God was indeed awesome and I give God all the praise.
Yeah am back now and I have come to share with us once more,my little ideas on how i made this lovely cow bubu kaftan.
Yes these are the tools i used in making this bubu gown
--- my tape roll
--- my ruler
--- my tailors chalk
---- my scissors
--- my measurements book
--- the fabric i want to cut.
This is a cow bubu kaftan,so is cut together with sleeve. so to achieve this, you will fold your fabric into four places. Make sure is properly folded to avoid errors.
After folding into four, you will take the full length of your clients and mark, now from the folded edge at the top, you will input your shoulder measurements divided by two, after that , from where you mark the shoulder you will extend it by 14"-- 16" this is for the sleeve.now from where you Mark the shoulder, you will come down by one point five inches.and mark it straight down to the end of the sleeve.now you will go back to the folded edge and take your neck measurements of eight inches for the front and one inch for the back.
After this, you input all the vertical measurements that's from shoulder to burst point, to waist line, to underburst, to hip line
before the knee and also to the hem.
Remember that it has an elastic band.the next thing is to go to the sleeve side and come down by fourteen to sixteen inches.for the sleeve opening.,now after marking the sleeve, you will come by five inches and mark.
Remember to input all the measurements by dividing them by four inches and adding two inches allowance.now whatever you have at the hip line, you will subtract one point five inches from it and mark it at the hem line.and before the knee line.
At that knee line you make your cow bubu kaftan curve to meet with that five inches you marked earlier .you will also cut the neckline which is V-- neck of eight inches for the front and one inch for the back.
Cross check your work and if is okay you can now cut them. and move straight to the sewing machine.
Yes people i forgot to also let us know that i add crystal beads at the front of the bubu gown to give it a beautiful look. I achieve this with my iron.
So guys am so happy that I didn't disappoint my clients.i was able to deliver to them on time because it's a uniform for racers (workers)n church and am glad that the clothes looks good on all of them.so guys here is the finished product.
I want to use this medium to say a very big thank you to all my friends on the block chain.you are all amazing thank you all for always going through my work, for always commenting, liking and also voting.God bless you all.
