At what time you arrive at the airport? I'm not sure about available options but figuring out cost efficient transfer Airport -> Split could be challenging.
I just saw Hive account@alessandrawhite's post about airport transfer for HiveFest. 35EUR is bearable but expensive, you can get almost 200HIVE for that :-) so it's better to Split!
