, hoy voy nuevamente voy a participar en la iniciativa de esta semana, cuyo tema es el referente al deporte o actividad extracurricular favorita en la escuela, para expresar mi experiencia y conocer tambien las de otros usuarios dentro de Hive.

Cabe destacar que en la escuela donde estudié la Educación Primaria, se veía la materia de Educacion Física, donde el profesor nos enseñaba diferentes disciplinas deportivas como gimnasia, voleibol, fútbol y atletismo. De estos deportes el que me gustaba mas era el atletismo, dentro de la cancha se hacían pruebas de consumo de oxígeno, que consistía en correr en la cancha durante 15 minutos, a partir de ese momento fue que sentí que me gustaban correr y estos fueron mis inicios.
It is worth noting that at the primary school I attended, we had Physical Education lessons, where the teacher taught us various sports such as gymnastics, volleyball, football and athletics. Of these sports, the one I liked best was athletics; on the track, we did oxygen consumption tests, which involved running on the track for 15 minutes. It was from that moment that I realised I liked running, and that was how it all began.
Después que pasé a primer año, comencé a entrenar con mis hermanos, no fue fácil mis primeros inicios en este deporte del maratón. Una de las cosas que me motivo a practicar el maratón, fue porque realizaron en el liceo los primeros juegos estudiantiles, donde había una carrera de 14K, en esta competencia me preparé durante dos meses, donde fue mi primer maratón que competi, llegando entre los últimos corredores.
After I started my first year at school, I began training with my brothers; my early days in marathon running weren’t easy. One of the things that motivated me to take up marathon running was that the school held its first student games, which included a 14K race. I trained for two months for this competition, which was the first marathon I ever competed in, finishing among the last runners.
Luego a partir de esta primera experiencia en estos juegos estudiantiles , continúe practicando, cada vez que el Prof. de Educación nos evaluaban con la prueba de consumo de oxígeno, eramos mi hermano y yo los que llegábamos de primer lugar. Este ha sido el deporte que practique cuando estudié a nivel de primaria y secundaria.Despues ingresé a un equipo de corredores de la misma comunidad donde vivías, estos ya tenían una gran experiencia y me fueron enseñando las técnicas de entrenamiento para después participar en otras carreras en diferentes estados de Venezuela.
Following that first experience at the school games, I kept training; whenever our PE teacher tested us with the oxygen consumption test, it was always my brother and I who came first. This was the sport I practised throughout primary and secondary school. Later, I joined a running team in the same community where I lived; they already had a great deal of experience and taught me training techniques so that I could later take part in other races in different states of Venezuela.
