Burger night: I make patties and freeze them. Both the beef and bean (vegan) versions. At the moment we have both. The Husband doesn't need asking about his choice. While he happily eats vegan and vegetarian meals, his first love is beef.
So mine was a bean patty and his beef. Served with a quick onion marmalade, pickles, onions, lettuce and cheese. Because we are short on rolls (and only brown left from the market), I also did wedges.
He was in burger heaven and somehow, after eating all the wedges (with red sauce, of course) he built a tower.
How he managed to eat get thst into his cake hole, I don't know. Mine is always two halves. Eaten separately.
And where do all the "Bs" come from? Bun, beef, bean and burger. But you knew that...
