Spring has fled and winter has returned. With it wind and garden detritis. And pretty light. This was yesterday morning as I started my kitchen day.
It consisted of the agenda set out [yesterday](Hive Power Up Day - 1 October 2021). The cauliflower curry in a jar turned out well.
Supper was a mystery until it defrosted. The oxtail stew sans ox or tail, but plenty of gravy and potato for The Husband. A quick addition of carrots and peas and a perfectly warming and flavourful supper at the end of a long day.
PS With the now early morning bread baking, the Friday Files are a tad late. Especially ifnwe have an unexpected post market caller!
