I knew today was coming. I've been saying so. Regularly. For a while. Then:
I have a "proper" anniversary post half written in my head. It will appear before my Hive birthday month is out. In the meantime, as often happens of late, I'm in a month-end crunch and am feeling a little behind.
My planning went to hell in a hand basket for this week and last evening's pasta.
I loaded it with fresh marjoram and made a balsamic blend of onion marmalade, robot🚦peppers and some braaied pork neck.
It's a combination of fresh, sweet and smoky that I shall do again. Of course, there was a salad antipasti.
Nothing creative this time!
With that, it's back to the day job...
