As has become recent practice, I break my own rules. This is actually a six photo post with that one (and the kitchen one coming up) taken on Sunday.
The job began on Sunday and I finished it last night with the labeling.
Made and sold since February 2021: 215 - yes - two hundred and fifteen - jars of marmalade.
The best seller? The three fruit. It's kinda mind blowing as I sell it only from the local market.
All made in my "large" kitchen. Although my preference is to re-use jars I collect and am given, I can't keep up and I have had to buy in jars.
They love our garden, the guineafowl. Now the chicks are much bigger (six of the original 13 survive), they are flocking again. We're not sure we love them loving our garden.
Lettuces shredded. Tomatoes pecked. There is a "war" in the offing. They need to flock off...
Finally.
We are still so enjoying our weekly delivery of duck eggs. They make the best pasta and, poached? Out of this world.
Until next time, be well

If this post might seem familiar, it's because I'm doing two things:
- re-vamping old recipes. As I do this, I am adding them in a file format that you can download and print. If you download recipes, buy me a coffee. Or better yet, a glass of wine....?
- and "re-capturing" nearly two years' worth of posts.
- From Wordpress, I use the Exxp Wordpress plugin. If this rocks your socks, click here or on on the image below to sign up.

- lastly, graphics are created using partly my own photographs, images available freely available on
