Is white a colour, I asked myself?
I believe it is. White is one of the colours we can pick when working with graphic designs, right?
Some people don't agree, arguing that white is the lack of colour!
I love white, and it's around me all the time. A pure colour, cool, and calming.
My kitchen is white, and when I move to my new home, that is going to be one of the deciding factors!
A pastel apricot is another colour I like - orangy pink and yellow! I also like blue and green, especially a mix of the two - aquamarine.
Hubby always got the colours green and blue wrong; a kind of colour-blindness, I believe. I soon learned it was no use asking him to choose something in those colours when he went shopping on his own.
Blue is supposed to be a good colour for the bedroom. I do have a blue bedroom. Except that the linen is white, and so are my towels. I work with white linen every time I help when there's a same-day booking.
My crockery is mostly white, food after all looks way more appetizing when on a white plate!
White clouds - and the blue sky, of course. Blue is another color I like! A lone Egyptian Goose surveys the scene, feeling safe from its high vantage point! Maybe it is calling its babies to come home because it's getting late <3
A favorite little garden patio set that was looking a bit worse for wear after sitting outdoors, even though it was under cover. It was showing some rust, and the paint was chipping off, so I took it for a powder coating and a paint job, and it looks brand-new!
I have many many things in my home and in the garden that show just how much I love the colour white; I even favour white tops and dresses, especially during the hot summer months.
Lastly, this is my favourite - Poe lying on his back, showing off his fluffy white belly. He really knows how to pose in the weirdest positions!
As you've gathered by now, white plays a big part in my life, and make no mistake, it is a beautiful colour indeed!
