Stress is like a stalker, it'll follow you around no matter what. That's why, learning and accepting it while also doing things to ease it up is what we have to do. We can cry hard but at the end of the day, we have to know how to deal with it, coz if not, our mental health is the most affected.. in some ways, this piled up stress can also be a motivation, a reason to move forward and live. ᕦ⊙෴⊙ᕤ
