Hello Hello awesome people of the Hive
June has arrived and with it some warmer weather, at least in Scotland over the weekend it was good. Perhaps it was a plan so the Queen could have a cracking Platinum Jubilee.
Blue skies have been spotted three days in a row! Wonders will never cease right!
I was taking out some rubbish last night when I looked up and had a Eureka moment, I blame all the lights, made me go dizzy🤣
I thought how clear the sky was, with no clouds whatsoever, and I could see the remainder of the moon.
Go and get the CAMERA I yelled to myself. This was going to be a wonderful excuse to play with my new toy📸!

Well as I love saying Yes to myself, I granted myself on your behalf, permission to moon you !
This post shows my first attempts at taking pictures of the moon.
I just use my not so steady hand, I have not got a tripod yet.
The results though have just blown my mind away. How crazy is that we can see the moon like this!
My camera that I bought if you don't know and are interested is the Canon Powershot HS70 bridge, it is lightweight and has a ridiculous zoom on it, and I would recommend it to anyone.
I think that photography is now a confirmed hobby for this Silver Blogger!
Talking of Silver, I think the moon has a touch of silver itself, what do you think?

Of course, now I can't wait to do it again with a full moon!
Knowing my luck of course it will be a cloudy night, well 🤞 for a clear sky.
