When it comes to watching pelicans preening, it takes a lot of patience to wait with your finger on the shutter to catch the moments when they stretch their necks or spread their wings. These are the shots I like the most. The specimens that abound on our coasts do not have beautiful colors, but I still like how graceful they glide or sit in the sun. The first image was the one that made my day last Saturday.
Cuando se trata de observar a los pelícanos acicalándose, es cosa de mucha paciencia el esperar con el dedo puesto en el obturador para captar los momentos en que se estiran el cuello o abren sus alas. Son las tomas que más me gustan. Los especímenes que abundan en nuestras costas no tienen bellos colores, pero igual me gusta la gracia como planean o se sientan al sol. La primera imagen fue la que hizo mi día el sábado pasado.
