In spring last year I was able to take several pictures of a breeding Hopoe that was feeding its small nestlings under the roof of a thatched hut. It was really nice watching the bird parants flying back and forth very busy and really visiting several times in half an hour. It was really nice that we found this breeding spot since otherwise it is a little bit more difficult to find a hopoe so close and watch it for this long time period. And late spring, early summer is also a great time to wait outside in the sun. It's not so cold like now in late autumn and waiting on some interesting spots is also always great when you find some new birds and also can take pictures of them.
The red footed falcon was also closeby on a tree, so this spot was really great for bird photographers and ornithologists like me.
